What we use
guild.guide (this marketing website) does not set any cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Plausible, Mixpanel, or any other analytics or advertising tool. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The application form at guild.guide/apply posts your submission directly to our server-side function; no third-party scripts are loaded.
The Stripe Checkout page used by
guild.guide/upgrade is hosted by
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and sets the cookies Stripe needs
to process your subscription. Those cookies live on
checkout.stripe.com, not on guild.guide. Stripe's
cookie policy applies on that domain.
Inside the Guild app
The Guild mobile and web apps do not use cookies as such, but they store the following data on your device to keep you signed in and the app functional:
- An authentication session token issued by our backend (Supabase).
- Your selected theme and notification preferences.
- A local cache of recent messages, posts, and listings to keep the app responsive offline.
You can clear this state by signing out, by reinstalling the app, or by clearing site data in your browser. Deleting your account also removes the server-side counterpart of this data within 30 days; see our Data Retention Policy.
Third-party services we use
We use a small set of EU-compliant service providers. None of them set tracking cookies on guild.guide:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage (EU region).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Stripe — subscription payments, on a separate domain.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution and in-app purchases, where applicable.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery.
Each is bound by a data-processing agreement under GDPR Art. 28. See our Privacy Policy for the legal bases and retention details for each category of data they touch.
